Sometimes a smoothie is not as filling as I would like.
That’s why I’ve had the idea of adding some oats to it. And I must say it works. When I have my oathie before leaving to work and have a meeting to attend for a few hours, it will last me till lunchtime.

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 250 g fruit
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup oats
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
