I love sweet things and I love desserts. But my hips don’t!
So lately I’ve been looking into healthier desserts. This healthy trifle is one of them. Here’s the recipe, have a go at it and let me know how you like it.
- 2 tbsp pecan cranberry granola or granola of your choice
- 3 tbsp vanilla soy yoghurt
- 2 tbsp cherry pie filling
- In a nice glass, I like using a wineglass, first spoon the granola.
- Top the granola with the yoghurt, then add the cherry pie filling.
