Boiled egg breakfast
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 eggs
- 3 crackers
- Fruit juice
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat.
- When it starts bubbling, turn off the heat, carefully spoon in the eggs, put on the lid and leave for 12 minutes.
- Put some cold water in a bowl.
- Transfer the boiled eggs to the bowl of cold water.
- Peel and slice the eggs.
- Put the egg on the crackers and serve with the yoghurt, fruit juice and tea.
