Boiled egg breakfast

Hello everyone!

Here’s another eggy breakfast idea.

Boiled egg breakfast

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 crackers
  • Yoghurt
  • Fruit juice
  • tea


  • Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat.
  • When it starts bubbling, turn off the heat, carefully spoon in the eggs, put on the lid and leave for 12 minutes.
  • Put some cold water in a bowl.
  • Transfer the boiled eggs to the bowl of cold water.img_1442
  • Peel and slice the eggs.
  • Put the egg on the crackers and serve with the yoghurt, fruit juice and tea.
