Green beans sautéed in onions is a very delicious and easy to prepare dish.

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 800 g green beans
- ¾ cup diced white onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Cut the stalky tops off the beans, cut them in 2, wash them and cook to a soft crunch.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until it is soft.
- Add the beans, season with salt and pepper and heat through.
