This week’s breakfast recipe is an ideal one for a lazy Sunday morning when you feel like spoiling yourself and/or your other half or guests staying over.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 glass of fruit juice
- A bowl of fruit salad
- 2 croissants
- 1 mug of coffee
- Nothing to preparing this one: arrange your croissants and on a plate and put it on the breakfast table with the rest.
- Alternatively arrange everything on a tray and return to bed for breakfast.
