I enjoyed getting recipes for Breakfast Week so much, I still have a few in my files. That’s why I thought it would be a good idea to share them with you every other Monday.
Today’s recipe is for monkey breakfast. Monkeys like peanuts and bananas, don’t they? So what other name could I have given this recipe?
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana (sliced)
- Spread the peanut butter on one of the slices of bread.
- Put the banana slices on the peanut butter and cover with the other slice of bread.
- Cut in two and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
