Today I’d like to share a herb mix recipe.
You can use it to make herb butter to go on roast chicken for example or use it in a vinaigrette.

Garlic-thyme herb mix
- 5 tbsp dried thyme (I had a fresh pot of thyme that I hadn’t used up and used the dried leaves from that)
- 5 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fine salt
- Mix all the ingredients in an airtight container.
- Close and store until needed.
