Italian kebabs

This quick appetizer is a staple when I entertain and it was also part of my menu for the Joyful Warrior Healthy Menu Planning Challenge.

Italian kebabs

Ingredients (makes 12)

  • 12 mini-mozarella balls
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 12 tooth picks

Method

  • Skewer a tomato, a basil leaf, a mozerella ball on each tooth pick.
  • Serve 3 kebabs per portion on a small plate.
