This fish salad goes well with a salad or on bread. You can change the kind of fish to your liking. It was part of the picnic I prepared for a friend
Ingredients (makes about 350 g)
- 300 g catfish
- 3tsp capers
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Cook the fish in the microwave or on the cooker and leave to cool.
- When the fish is cold, flake it and mix it with the mayo and capers.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
