Fish salad

This fish salad goes well with a salad or on bread. You can change the kind of fish to your liking. It was part of the picnic I prepared for a friend

Fish salad

Ingredients (makes about 350 g)

  • 300 g catfish
  • 3tsp capers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Cook the fish in the microwave or on the cooker and leave to cool.
  • When the fish is cold, flake it and mix it with the mayo and capers.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
